  1. I submitted an alert request, why haven’t I received any alerts?
    a. Be sure to check the email address you entered in to receive alerts. Also, check your junk/spam mail folders.
  2. Can I receive notifications to multiple email addresses?
    a. Yes. You can enter a new alert for the same name and enter another email address to receive the notifications as well.
  3. How do I remove an alert?
    a. Enter the name you entered to monitor and the email address used for notifications. The system shall them prompt you if you would like to remove it.
  4. What changes will I receive alerts for?
    a. Any/All recording changes that are made
